Oil Painting Techniques

This class is suitable for the beginner to the more advanced student wanting to develop their skills. Work on your own project and receive individual tuition. Students will be guided through the painting process, colour mixing and extend their knowledge of materials. Set up a still life, work on a composition from reference or complete a master copy. There is lighting and spaces for each student to set up their own still life. This below list will be enough for your first class and we can discuss additional materials suitable for your work. If you have materials already bring what you have.

• Palette (preferably wooden)
• Palette Knife
• Linseed Oil
• Jar

• Oil Paints: Titanium White/Raw Umber
